Scene & Heard are delighted to announce a new route for our now (in)famous sponsored walk.
We will be walking from Kensington Gardens to the Royal National Theatre on Sunday 9th May 2010. Please do join us this spring as we try to reach our fundraising target of £10,000.
The walk will start in Kensington Gardens and travel for 13 kilometres (8 miles) through parts of Knightsbridge and Chelsea, crossing the river for a visit to Battersea Park (with its peace pagoda, lakes and zoo) and ending up on the South Bank at the Royal National Theatre. The route will take you past a fine array of shops, cafes and pubs to quench your thirst and there are a number of cafes and restaurants on the South Bank at the finish. We think it’s the first time that our entire route has fitted onto one double page of the A to Z!
TO TAKE PART:
STEP ONE: Click to download the Registration Form Send back the enclosed registration form to Louisa Gummer at the address on the form (only signed forms can be accepted.) You will then receive a sponsor form and specific information about the day.
STEP TWO: Get everyone you know to sponsor you. Or visit www.justgiving.com and set up your own fundraising event page for Scene & Heard: A Right Royal Ramble.

• Go to
www.JustGiving.com and click on the blue "Make Your Page" button.
• Hit the big blue button "Make Your Page" again on the next page.
• If you don’t already have an account with Just Giving, this is where you set one up. If you do, then log in now.
• Type Scene & Heard into the box marked "Find Your Charity" and press 'Search'
• Press the blue ‘Choose’ button next to Scene & Heard’s logo and details.
• Hit the "Choose" button for organised events and you should see the event "Scene & Heard – A Right Royal Ramble" on the page - click the blue "Choose" button next to it.
• You then create your own page which JustGiving.com will lead you through.
• Finally, share your own personal link via email, Facebook, Twitter etc to all your friends and family and get collecting!
STEP THREE: Come and have a lovely Right Royal Ramble through London and some of its lovely parks on Sunday 9th May 2010.
STEP FOUR: Give the money to Scene & Heard and feel great about yourself!
